Golf carts must be returned by 9:00 AM on your checkout date. Late returns will result in additional fees.

A $1,000 temporary hold will be placed on your card as a damage deposit and will be released after inspection, provided no damage or excessive wear is found.

Upon arrival, all renters must complete and sign a rental agreement prior to using the golf cart.

Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and agree to follow all local laws and safe driving practices. Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or violations incurred during the rental period.

Please return the golf cart in good condition and ensure it is properly charged. For any issues or questions during your rental, please contact us directly.

Unreturned chargers will incur a $25 pickup fee, and any golf cart left uncharged will incur a $25 charging fee.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the rental start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for early returns, no-shows, weather conditions, or unused rental time.

If a golf cart becomes unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or comparable replacement will be provided.
